Sink Drain
Sink drains fall into the smaller diameter pipe catagory. This takes different equipment to handle. We have multible size machines and several size hoses and nozzles to take care of this. Sinks can also have problems with air stacks. We not only jet the drains down to the main. We go as far as our hose length will go. We usually carry 200 feet of the smaller sizes, on there own reels. Sometimes you can pull off the drain stopper and check for hair… Half the time this is the only problem.
Tub Drain
Drains under tubs are different then any other drain in your house. They go from the floor to the overflow and then out. this makes cleaning them a duel job. one job is to clean it from the floor drain to the tee and the other way is to clean it from the overflow out to the main. We use a smaller hose and nozzle to make this happen. The use of jetting equipment assures the drains are very clean when done.
Shower drain
The problem with showers is the curbs are not that high . This means the slightest back up will come out the shower first. The drains on a shower are 2 inches which is a little bigger then sinks and tubs that are only 1 1/2 inches. That helps reduce clogs in showers. Alot of hair gets in shower drains. It’s important that shower clogs are done right the first time

Todays houses are built with many ways to send the water from rain away from the foundation and prevent puddles where theres large areas of concrete which can’t absorb water… Down spouts are now all connected to extentions and drains are every where.
Corrugated pipe
The pipe of choice because of cost and ease of use . The problem is the ridges in the pipe make it easier to collect leaves, dirt, rocks… The fact that they have very thin walls makes then crush easy. Another problem is half the time you cant find the exits. Hydro Jetting Solves most of those problems. We can also find with our camera where the crushed pipe is and dig and replace that section.
Ground drains
The sections of new houses that are mostly concrete give the water no where to go. For this reason builders put multible ground drains. They are also installed in areas where there is grass or ground cover that collects water. We will go around to all of them if needed and make sure there all clean
